We ship within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Our standard method of shipping is via USPS Ground; however, also offer in-store pickup and White Glove Delivery Service. We ask that you please allow 7-10 days from purchase date of shipment for delivery for USPS shipments. If you would like to receive your orders sooner, please select 2 Day Shipping at checkout.
Sirens Roost Design makes efforts to ship merchandise within 2 days of purchase. We are still a small business and it may take up to 2-4 days to process your order during peak shopping periods and holidays — thank you for your patience.
*Shipping rates to certain regions vary. Oversize items may require additional handling fees. In the event of a significant difference of shipping charges, you will be notified before your order ships and you must approve the additional charge.
PACKING MATERIAL
When packing your order for shipping we do our best to strike the balance between minimizing the packing material we use and packing the items securely so they arrive safely to your door. Our packing boxes can be recycled and our packing materials are biodegradable.

Online orders may be returned within 21 days of delivery while gift exchanges may be returned within 30 days of purchase. International shipments are considered final sale and ineligible for return. Purchases made via Shop Pay follow our standard return policy.
Sale items, "as-is", fine art, made to order and one-of-a-kind items are ineligible for return.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND
Refunds are credited to the original form of payment and are typically available within 3-10 business days following receipt and quality check of returned items. Purchases made via Shop Pay follow our standard return policy.
RESTOCKING
For furniture items returned, a re-stocking fee of 25% will be charged.
