With a two-part business approach, the Gross Confection Bar sets up a daytime walk-in bakery offering a rotating seasonal menu of sweet treats and savory bakes before closing and reopening in the evening as a sit-down dining experience offering a full bar and dessert menu ranging from an ice cream tasting board to decadent dark chocolate tortes.
